Shipping policy

All items are made-to-order for you. Please allow 5-10 days for production.

Domestic Shipping

• We have three options currently available; 

1. Standard Shipping with The Courier Guy.
2. Standard Shipping with Pudo Locker.
3. The option to book an Uber for collection.

• Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number and information.
  

Domestic Shipping Times 

• As all orders are made to order, please allow 5-10 days for production.
• Please allow 3-7 working days for Standard Shipping.
  
• Pre-orders can take 2-3 weeks.

Additional Information

• Above delivery times can vary depending on the time of year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather conditions.
• Piccolo baby is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.
• It's the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Piccolo baby will not offer reimbursement for the package.
• Postage and shipping costs are non-refundable.
