Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed, we cannot offer store credit, a replacement or an exchange.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging and condition. Items must be carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We will gladly offer an exchange, replacement or store credit.

How to Request a Return / Exchange

  • Package the item/s securely with all original tags and bags.
  • Your exchange, replacement or store credit will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return criteria. 

Exchanges

  • To request an exchange, please follow the same return process outlined above and indicate in the notes whether you'd prefer an exchange or store credit.
  • If you're requesting an exchange, be sure to include the product name and size you'd like to receive.

Damages & Issues

  • If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery for us to resolve the issue.

Processing Time

  • Returns & exchanges are processed within 7 working days of receiving the item.
  • Domestic returns take up to 7 working days.

Exclusions / non-returnable items

  • Gift cards
  • All items purchased On Sale 
  • Shipping fees incurred to deliver your order after purchase
  • Shipping fees incurred to return an order for exchange or return
  • Custom or altered garments
  • Items with detectable odours (smoke, perfume, deodorant, body odour, detergent, etc.)
  • Items with visible marks, stains or signs of wear (including oil stains or fake tan)
